Don Quixote is a literary character famous for, amongst other things, going mad with the idea of becoming a legendary knight and 'tilting at windmills', thinking they're giants which must be slain.

As this is a fan and not a massive windmill, it is just a child to Don Quixote's chivalrous eyes.
