Sometimes even when I knock myself out with benadryl I still wake up five times throughout the night.
God it's so hard. I'm feeling pretty loopy lately from it myself.

Tried melatonin?
Not the person you responded to, but melatonin is pretty much worthless for long term sleep issues. My wife, girlfriend, child and multiple friends all suffer from sleep issues, and melatonin is maybe helpful for a day or two, but stop working well after that or start to make the problem worse or start triggering nightmares.
It's kinda frustrating watching them suffer and not being able to do much about it.

That deep sleep is decent for the length of sleep at least. I only seem to get around the same even at 8-9 hours of sleep
How do you feel with that low deep sleep? I feel like shit and my deep sleep is frequently around 5% of my total sleep. Have you seen anyone about it?
I usually feel pretty tired tbh. I've had a sleep study done in the past but it didn't really find anything. I only got a device that can track sleep recently though so I'm kind of still playing around with what helps and what doesn't
That sucks that the sleep study wasn’t helpful. My doctor referred me to a neurologist but I’ve been on the waiting list for a long time so no sleep study yet.
I hope you figure it out! Poor sleep sucks worse than no sleep sometimes.
Thank you :). I wish you luck with your sleep too!
I'm in almost the same spot as you. Why's your sleep like that, if I may ask?
Just this week. I had some extra studying (but I did just waste time too), and when I finally had plenty of time to sleep on Wednesday I decided to not waste any of it by taking a night shift.
My usual average is around 6 hours. Should be a bit better (around 8), but I guess that's good enough.
Hope the next week will be better
