Can we get a transcript of this 'good conversation'?

[–] pyre@lemmy.world 36 points 1 day ago (1 children)

this is the kind of shit where the pee tape would have been exonerating. if you're being his bitch without one you're all the more pathetic.

[–] possumparty@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 1 day ago (2 children)

it's not a pee tape, it's a P Tape, the P stands for pedophile.

[–] Tja@programming.dev 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

He admitted to a camera to want to fuck his daughter and was buddies with Eppstein, a tape wouldn't change anything at this point.

[–] HiddenLychee@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

He also admitted he uses his power and authority to force his way into the dressing room of under age girls and watch them get undressed but none of the "protect our children" crowd gave af about that

[–] Revan343@lemmy.ca 2 points 1 day ago

Porque no los dos?

[–] Kekzkrieger@feddit.org 42 points 1 day ago

Russia will start attacking schools hospitals and civialian infratructure ? Or threaten with tactical a-bombs? Or rape and kill POW?

Wait they're already doing that.

[–] MehBlah@lemmy.world 14 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

There are a probably a few daycare locations putin hasn't bombed yet. /s

[–] GoobyMcMooby@lemmy.zip 332 points 2 days ago (12 children)

Why is the US President doing PR for a hostile nation? Why does this come across like cheerleading for said hostile nation? Rhetorical questions of course.

[–] OutlierBlue@lemmy.ca 110 points 2 days ago (2 children)

He's bragging that Russia told him something. He was feeling butthurt that no one told him about Ukraine's planned drone attack. This is his way of soothing his fragile ego.

[–] real_squids@sopuli.xyz 17 points 2 days ago

Should be kept that way imo. The risk of telling him is not worth it

[–] Witchfire@lemmy.world 91 points 2 days ago (1 children)

He needs to be tried and sentenced for treason

[–] yournamehere@lemm.ee 28 points 2 days ago (1 children)

thats now how you spell tied and cut.

[–] lepinkainen@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

Drawn and quartered?

Trump and his followers don't see Russia as a hostile nation. They live in a bubble where everything is the opposite.

[–] shittydwarf@sh.itjust.works 35 points 2 days ago

A long time ago Putin filmed Trump doing some naughty things and now the USA has a Nazi regime

Trump says Russia is planning "horror attacks" because I guess there's no way they can be terror attacks lol

[–] ynthrepic@lemmy.world 22 points 1 day ago

Get the fuck out of Ukraine and things will stop. It's not hard.

[–] Benchamoneh@lemmy.dbzer0.com 29 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

The reason Putin called Trump is to reset his brain on feelings towards Russia and to try to get him to block or otherwise influence the upcoming sanctions vote in the US.

It's so obvious, makes sense Trump would fall for it

[–] Ledericas@lemm.ee 6 points 1 day ago

it doesnt take much from putin to convince trump.

[–] kerrigan778@lemmy.blahaj.zone 22 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Yes, that is how a war typically works. One side attacks, then another side counterattacks. Amazing.

Didn't even wipe Putlers cum off your lips

[–] WhatAmLemmy@lemmy.world 15 points 1 day ago

Your comment reminded me of how I got banned from lemmy.world news 2 years ago — a comment about an SC justice wiping Trumps cum from his mouth.

[–] RandAlThor@lemmy.ca 114 points 2 days ago (1 children)

What do you mean TACO aren't they striking Ukraine daily? TACO are you announcing that Russia and Ukraine are at war?

[–] krimson@lemmy.world 63 points 2 days ago

Senile man acts senile. More news at 11.

Next week: "Putin is crazy, I don't think he wants peace at all".

Poor guy is stuck in an infinite loop.

[–] SereneSadie@lemmy.myserv.one 47 points 2 days ago

He's a certifiable Benjamin Button.

He becomes more of a pathetic crying toddler the older he gets.

[–] tired_n_bored@lemmy.world 72 points 2 days ago

Imagine a US President saying he had a good call with the counterpart of a rogue state threatening to the existence of one of your allies. Wait you don't have to imagine it unfortunately 🤮

[–] Anonymaus@feddit.org 78 points 2 days ago (2 children)

America is traitor to the whole western world

[–] Hux@lemmy.ml 35 points 2 days ago (2 children)

It may sound alarmist, but it is fair.

Trump represents the US on the world stage, and arguably, the President has more direct power in influencing international policy than domestic policy.

In some ways, the American people’s democratic election of Trump is a more devastating trespass against foreign nations than it is against their own nation.

[–] bitjunkie@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago

democratic election of Trump

🤣

The GOP has voter disenfranchisement down to a science. Something like 200k voters were purged in Georgia alone.

[–] AnarchoDakosaurus@toast.ooo 18 points 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago)

Considering Panama, Canada, Greenland and Mexico have all become potential invasion targets for the USA in less then 6 months of his presidency i would agree. Silly bastards still don't understand what they've done.

Trump is the death kiss to NATO. Even if Russia looses in Ukraine, Trump has given them gifts they could never have dreamed of.

...yeah? I mean, they're at war, no? That's kind of how wars work.

Boxer receives double jab and uppercut. Announces he will strike back.

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 2 points 1 day ago

Every day, Donald learns a new thing, usually something everybody knows, like the word 'groceries', announces it to the world like it's a grand revelation, and immediately forgets it.

Who wants to bet he never actually talked to putin and he just sits in the oval office alone for 1 hour talking to himself thinking what a great deal he made. And none of it actually happened.

[–] Blade9732@lemmy.world 52 points 2 days ago

Pretty sure they just give him one of these and lock the door:

[–] mrsjmccrimmon@feddit.uk 47 points 2 days ago

Weakest president ever. FGS imagine another US president just meekly passing on a Russian threat rather than saying what the USA is going to do about it

[–] magnetosphere@fedia.io 45 points 2 days ago (3 children)

“We discussed the attack on Russia’s docked airplanes…”

Is “docked” the correct term for airplanes parked on the tarmac? Seriously, I don’t know. You could use it for seaplanes moored to a dock, I guess, but that’s not what we’re talking about here.

Delegations sent by Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met in Istanbul on Monday to discuss how the conflict between their nations might end peacefully…

I’m tired of this being treated like some complex puzzle, where every proposed solution only seems to create more problems. It’s actually very simple. HEY PUTIN: Stop shooting. GTFO of Ukraine. Return the Ukrainian people you’ve kidnapped. It’s just that easy!

[–] BarneyPiccolo@lemmings.world 3 points 1 day ago

This reminds me of when they first sent that innocent guy to El Salvador. The dictators of both ES and US were sitting side by side on the Oval Office, being asked by the "media" if they could send the guy back. Each dictator blamed it on the other one - while they were sitting side by side!

All they had to do was say, I'll send him back if you'll take him, and the other could say we'll take him back if you'll send him, and the guy could have been back with his family in a few hours.

Instead, they both acted like it was totally out of their hands. Do these dipshits actually run their countries, or not?

[–] OutlierBlue@lemmy.ca 22 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Is “docked” the correct term for airplanes parked on the tarmac?

It was a common term back during the revolutionary war when the American troops stormed the airports.
