I was just thinking the same, but saw those rails? between the lanes. They look like they'd be slippery at best, and could catch a wheel. It's hard to tell from the video though.

We have this long, long bus only lane in South Korea that literally saves a whole hour during rush hour.

east Philly has this part where the el runs alongside a highway and even though the el is a sluggish rickety dumpster fire it's still fun to look down and pepe smirk at all the crying carjacks stuck in a standstill
