I don't even know what's coming. Sometimes I just look up and it's been 16 hours since I last ate anything and I simply must C O N S U M E
16 hours is still pretty healthy actually. There should be a prolonged period of not eating.
I wouldn't call it healthy if the reason that you notice you haven't eaten is because you're shaking due to low blood sugar because the last thing you ate was like a pop tart at 6am and it's now 10pm.
