Row 1: he's doing it for the meme

Row 2: he realizes it's actually tasty and has to rethink his whole reality

[–] Stache_@lemmy.ml 8 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Well I mean, it looks like he chugged it so it must’ve been good

[–] moody@lemmings.world 15 points 2 years ago (1 children)

He looks like he knows it's going to come back up in a minute.

[–] First@programming.dev 9 points 2 years ago

He looks like he's trying to scam us of our internet points by making a face.

And the next sequence of images would be...

(meme pablo escobar pondering)

Ya'll need Jesus.

[–] Snapperhead@lemmy.world 20 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Laverne and Shirley’s favorite drink.

[–] ook_the_librarian@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago

And honestly, don't knock it til you rock it. Not saying I routinely pour a highball of the stuff, but a small amount is surprisingly smooth. It's no grosser than a white russian imo.

I knew it as Melmsi

[–] Jilanico@lemmy.world 11 points 2 years ago (7 children)

You know, this might actually taste good...

[–] pepperonisalami@lemmy.world 10 points 2 years ago

It's actually pretty good! I made it several times when I was a kid. It will curdle a little bit though...

[–] ted@sh.itjust.works 7 points 2 years ago

Works better with 35% cream, in my experience. Poor man's ice cream float.

That's going to curdle.

Eww.

[–] c0mbatbag3l@lemmy.world 3 points 2 years ago

It doesn't, surprisingly. Does a rootbeer float curdle?

[–] navi@lemmy.tespia.org 7 points 2 years ago

This is just a Pepsi Float after it had an hour to melt.

[–] Taybur@lemmy.world 7 points 2 years ago

Laverne did it first.

[–] MTK@lemmy.world 6 points 2 years ago

Nothing like chunky milk in Pepsi whey.

I'm more worried of the 13 psicopaths who are encouraging him to drink that s***.

[–] c0mbatbag3l@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago (1 children)

It's actually pretty good, for the same reason that a root beer float is good.

[–] hydrospanner@lemmy.world 9 points 2 years ago (1 children)

This is one of those times where the neurons in my brain have turned on each other in a sharply divided civil war.

[–] pewgar_seemsimandroid@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I haven't tried it yet but i really want to

[–] c0mbatbag3l@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

2/3rds Pepsi/Coke/RC to 1/3rd milk, you could probably stretch that to 75/25 but it would be a little thin, like coffee with not quite enough creamer. Preferably whole. You're essentially simulating the cream effect from melting ice cream except it's not quite as overpoweringly sweet due to the milk not being loaded with sugar.

[–] pewgar_seemsimandroid@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 2 years ago (1 children)

i shall choose pepsi and my favorite milk brand in my country tere! (that literally translates to hello!)

[–] c0mbatbag3l@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago

May your beverage be delicious 🫡

[–] problematicPanther@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago

Isn't this basically an egg cream?

[–] ThatWeirdGuy1001@lemmy.world 5 points 2 years ago (1 children)

My uncle regularly drinks chocolate milk with Coke.

And I mean like 3/4 chocolate milk 1/4 coke

[–] june@lemmy.world 2 points 2 years ago

This curdles the milk.

[–] Hovenko@iusearchlinux.fyi 4 points 2 years ago (1 children)
[–] keefshape@lemmy.ca 3 points 2 years ago

That comes later.

[–] PeriodicallyPedantic@lemmy.ca 3 points 2 years ago

How do you delete someone else's post?

[–] schmidtster@lemmy.world 3 points 2 years ago

Ya’ll never heard of a paralyzer drink before?

[–] Mechanite@lemmy.world 3 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Used to do this when I was a kid. It was pretty good! I loved the milk curdling, it made it taste extra frothy or creamy on top.

Take notes hoes

[–] fleet@lemmy.ca 2 points 2 years ago (1 children)

We used to call this a brown cow.

[–] PeriodicallyPedantic@lemmy.ca 1 points 2 years ago

I thought a brown cow was Kahlua and milk

[–] wick@lemm.ee 1 points 2 years ago

I used to mix milk and soda when I was in 2nd and 3rd grade. Mostly with Fanta iirc, and another flavour I can't remember, might have been Pepsi, or cream soda.

I remember liking it a lot.

[–] Raine_Wolf@lemm.ee 1 points 2 years ago

It doesn't taste as bad as everyone seems to think, but it still just feels disturbing in concept.
