welcome to lemmy, letter for legislators!
They did you a favor, just don't go back when your three days are up.
Anyone else find Lemmy after getting Permabanned on reddit? You piss off one mod and then suddenly you're banned from half of reddit.. you geo locate said mod, and all of a sudden you're a danger to society :(
yes, Im sad it took me this long to find lemmy, but its so refreshing here
Yep! I was permabanned from reddit for posting an article about voting Third Party. First they banned me from the r/poltics sub for 3 days. I logged in on third day, and found out I had been permabanned from the entire site. LMAO
Now here on Lemmy, people still hate me because I'm voting Third Party. But no bans, so yay! I love Lemmy!
I live in Germany, I moved here to be with my wife and son. The far right were at the time in the news for going viral singing "Ausländer aus, Ausländer aus" which in context means "Foreigners get out of Germany." So I posted about it on r/askagerman trying to get see if these views also carried over into the reddit German community. A mod said I was trying to spread hate, got a 15 day ban, followed by a site wide permaban 🥲
All your comments and posts and downvoted through the floor though. Because everyone here despises a trump simp
Yes they do. They read them and laugh.
They don't resond or approve the appeals though.
You might have to appeal a ton before you get an admin that isn't a complete piece of shit.
also sorry if this is the wrong place
Apologizing unnecessarily?
Believe it or not, straight to jail.
It's mostly bots, and with a couple of actual humans. It's much easier to create a new account than wait for an appeal
Doesn’t that just get you nabbed for ban evasion?
Not usually.
I created a new account and it got banned a Couple hrs later because I had a banned account on my device.
Nope. Expecting a reddit admin to do their job is asking far too much.
