What if Tupac had a huge unpaid tax bill, killed Robbie and has been wearing his skin ever since?

Robbie Williams is famous in the UK, ever since the mid-90's. He was a member of a very popular boy band called Take That and has produced several smash hit songs like Angels and Rock DJ amongst others.
So it's pretty funny to identify him by some film when he's known for things that are way more known.
Way more than just the UK that lad was a worldwide icon at some point. Maybe he just wasn't that big in the US comparatively?
That film must be extra confusing to Americans.
