Ja sehe ich. Die deutsche Zivilgesellschaft hat aktuell leider die Tendenz Verantwortung blind nach oben abzuschieben und dann unzufrieden zu sein egal was passiert, ohne eine klare Vision für die eigene Zukunft und ohne Erwartungen an die eigenen Politiker.

Die Politik kann es daher weder richtig noch falsch machen; große Probleme anzugehen wird nicht honoriert, Bullshit zu verzapfen nicht bestraft.

Am liebsten hätten alle ein fiktives Deutschland zurück das nie existiert hat, in dem man in seiner prüden bürgerlichen Existenz nicht mit Problemen und Veränderungen behelligt wird, die von einem verlangen sich zu politisieren.

What the others said. If you want a practical example of this working, have a look at eduroam. It's the joint WiFi of all European universities and I cannot recall that there ever were any privacy issues.
