They are fantastic books.

Pointing out your wanton violation of language isn't pearl clutching.

If your use of the word warlord is equivocated to all hell like your other vocab choices our warlord might be a janitor or some shit, so it's hard to say.

Edit: also, merry christmas. I hope the holiday season has been well :)

A CEO is a position, not a person. Killing him isn't any sort of defense when he isn't actively endangering others.

It's murder, even if it's justified. Stop these idiotic word games. They only weaken your position.

I'd imagine most self-insured only use one company with a variety of plans, but I may be wholly ignorant on other corps.

Most of us don't choose who insures us - our company or personal finances do. There's no market here for people to walk away with their dollars. Anything even a little outside the system has been crushed.

I'm not convinced we're much different except by circumstance. Anyone trying to manage that many human interactions is only going to see numbers. I know we'd like to think we have been or would be filtered out, but I'm not convinced.

The problem is corporate structures that create these behemoths that essentially can't have ethical liability. Someone else will do his job now. Killing him benefits exactly nobody. Just more distraction from what we should be focusing on.

Individual rights and selfishness are orthogonal. The idea that the only bad actions are illegal ones is the issue. We want to use laws to enforce ethics instead of community.

Bunch of dental work all done with no payment at time of service. Fantastic PCP. Amazing rheumatologist. A 10k infusion every two months costs me $5.

I would probably work for no pay with my medical issues.

Imperial is slightly different. We use US customary measures.
