Und wie kommt es zu dieser Verminderung des Fettgehalts, wie kann das bundesweit passieren? Ist das in anderen Ländern auch so?
Erst recht wenn es sich nicht einmal um Privateigentum handelt. Für etwas das im öffentlich Raum von Steuern finanziert errichtet wurde sollte eine solche Nutzungseinschränkung mMn von Vornherein ausgeschlossen werden.
