I understand that. Unfortunately, we are at a point in time, where a net reduction is extremely necessary. But yes, the problem is not the wind farm. The problem is the ai bubble.

“The project is crucial for helping the state meet a deluge of new electricity demand, as Virginia is at the center of the nationwide boom in data-center construction.”

So it will do absolutely nothing to reduce fossil fuel usage?

Since you seem to know about light and eyes: Huberman often suggests direct bright sunlight into the eyes. Is that wrong or is there a trade-off between advantages and damage? (Although, direct in Hubermans sense means unfiltered and not looking into the sun, but possibly close to it from my understanding, so is that the important difference?)

I know that he's not always right, but eyes seem to be his special/original area of expertise. Also, I didn't follow him much for quite some time, but I remember the sunlight into eyes.

Personal experience: I'm in this meme for "thinking" work. For light physical work, I can work in a steady state for quite some time.

I think it comes from the possibility to go "all out" with thinking and tiring the brain very quickly. And we're evolutionary absolutely not used to that.

Coincidentally, I think most people suffering from this are also in programming or scientific work. But causation could also be the other way, such that people with ADHD tendencies choose such jobs more often.

That looks great.

But aren't more addons bad for fingerprinting? I often read the recommendation to use as few addons as possible.
