Is it wrong to say that the most respected jobs back then were astronaut and president, and I guess that's long gone?

Sorry, I'm re-watching For All Mankind and it's making me angry at our timeline.

Me myself, I'm a simple man, enjoyer of a stormtrooper bumping his head when assaulting a consular ship.

Notch was (maybe still is?) an ill person, someone dealing with a lot of demons that just wanted to make little java games and turned insta-famous and insta-rich, and that seemed too much to handle.

Like the Harry Potter lady or the Father Ted guy, they couldn't handle their new lives and went bananas.

Nazis are just broken people that want to hurt others to numb their own pain. (Not that I'm justifying their shitiness). Then again, in Behind The Bastards, often there's a guy who has a plain happy childhood and becomes a monster, so WDIK.

Isn't Linkedin games an oxymoron?

Wait, the Signal chat told me that this was solved for evar...

A moot point if you're running Linux.

Your problem is your OS, not Valve's software.

Though I prefer Gog's model.

Well, if you work hard, sleepless nights and have family connections, you can also be that idiot.

Hah, Superior! I'm on Huron level, babie!

But once all that settles down, imagine how many exciting new species will appear after a couple of hundred million years.

Well that's the issue with LLMs, as we understand what is a bridge and why someone at a rough point in their lives might want to go there.

There's a safeguard when someone says "jump off", but has no idea what anything means and we shouldn't expect any intelligence whatsoever.

Sorry, probably y'all know that and I'm preaching to the choir. I'm just feeling. exhausted.

What am I doing with my life.

when the CEO decided to be a dipshit.

Do you know how little that narrows it?

Shut up & Sit Down lads take the "Fromage" for a spin.

While I'm disappointed that this isn't my cut, this review made me laugh and cry (often at the same time).

A recent Armbian kernel upgrade bricked my entire Rock64 cluster (5 cards) and after a week debugging, it seems beyond repair.

I would like to find some ARM-based SBC for self-hosting that's reliable enough to run for the next five years.

My question for you is reliability and support, rather than specs, as I found Pine64 lacking in support and 4 out of 8 cards failed in the period of two years (one got replaced by warranty).

I have already an x86 cluster, so my interest is for ARM vendors and do not need wifi, gpio, audio, hdmi, etc...

Any experience with Orange Pi or Radxa?

Let me throw you a curveball: It's a well balanced synth song with a strong intro, then the lyrics hit you.

In my case I'll say either Bloodhound Gang's The Bad touch or Aqua's Barbie Girl.

I mean.. what the hell is "hanky panky".

But for bonus points, I did also sing "take a walk on the wild side~" with no flying clue what "giving head" was supposed to be.
