RIF kinda still works for me, I can browse but can't post or upvote so that's good enough for me but I have cut down browsing Reddit loads since the protests

With no Goodreads import it's not worth the hassle sadly

Looks like it could be a nice alternative to Goodreads, I'll check it out

All I see when looking at that logo is a pube

Is that why almost every subreddit shut down for 24 hours? Lol

I'm over the internet being Reddit Twitter Facebook YouTube. Since avoiding Reddit, deleting Facebook and hating twitter I'm actually visiting websites again.

I'm looking forward to seeing Merc Vs Aston, trouble is Aston only really has 1 car lol

I'm staying here, the community is way better. I'll use both but only post and comment on Lemmy

What are everyone's opinions on HP Lovecraft? I'm trying to read at the mountains of madness but I'll read a few pages and realise I have no idea what I have just read and have to read it again. Really enjoyed The Tomb but cant seem to take in any of his other works!

Wee free men by Terry Pratchett. Brilliant so far, I'm about half way through. I'm currently reading the whole of the discworld series in order and would recommend it to anyone!

I agree, the majority will go back to Reddit but maybe that's a good thing, hopefully all the good people stay here and it doesn't become as toxic as reddit
