I agree with everything except the phantom menace. I think it should be C tier. I love the prequels but when I rawatched them last, the phantom menace stood out as being particularly slow paced and boring

Ah they really had to add "found in North America" so this wouldn't fully work for non-Americans. Love it otherwise
I tried Niagara at first, but wanted something FOSS and switched to KISS Launcher which is similar. It's search-based, like Niagara. My friend bought the Niagara launcher and loves it, but it's not for me
Not very important but I remember it strangely well.
I was 8 years old. My teacher asked "What is one hundred times one hundred?"
I raised my hand and said "Ten thousand!"
"No, it's one thousand. Ten times ten is one hundred, and one hundred times one hundred is one thousand."
"But... It's ten thousand. Can I show you on a calculator?"
"No! Sit down, it's one thousand. I'm the teacher, I should know."
I later got a calculator and showed her and she didn't apologise.
The issue is, in practically, resumes don't have all indicators of race or gender removed.
There have been several studies that suggest that the name on the resume is enough of an indicator of race and gender to let bias creep in. Even on otherwise identical resumes. I'm not sure if we're going to remove names from resumes any time soon.
The teaser poster is always better than the official one
My gaming PC broke the day I moved into my university dorm, and I didn't get another one until like 4 years later.
The weirdest part was I kept thinking 3-year-old games were "new."
My friend would talk about a game and I'd be like "wow yeah that's the new one right?" and they'd say "it's two years old now there's a sequel"
NES Tetris. I have a little emulator device that looks like a Game Boy Advance SP, and that's been my go to while I'm traveling
Yeah I've never seen the last panel before
That's— That's Wheatley from Portal 2
Just checked out Quillnote, they've archived the repository as it's inactive. Quillpad looks to be the main fork. I'll check it out, thanks for sharing
I don't fully disagree but that was exactly Kira's thinking lol (at least at the start)
