The bioshock series was the OG spiritual shock successor, but it didn't hit the mark for me. Prey is the only one that has hit it for me

And often cheaper as they aren't getting gouged by apps. My local pizzeria happily said ' call us direct and you'll get a discount'

Played a lot of this, hats off to the Devs (even if they haven't always landed their DLC)

Where am I moving my friends group? Revolt is nice but not quite ready for primetime / getting a rewrite, and I've always been iffy about matrix. Is a signal group chat literally where we're heading to!?

The senator that went to see him has released pics of kilmar alive a few hours ago. Still going back into the hellhole though, but it's given a lot of hope.

Oh right, totally forgot that's not baked in. I currently only Lemmy on mobile with voyager as a PWA webapp, might have to see if it makes the transition to desktop now or not.

Yeah that's also true, tbh I've been notorious for not getting into' anything - I don't personally follow game news or hype much in the last 10-15 years, I'l wait until my friends pressure me into 'you have to consume X!', often well after it's out and forgotten. I let my friends be the canary in the gold mine, still not sure if that makes me a bad friend... Has helped me avoid amazing TV shows that get cancelled/shit the bed though (still haven't forgiven GoT producers)

Yeah for sure, I've been fairly focussed on indies the last 5-7 years and only jump on AAA after it's released and reviews are in/on special. I believe there's only so large a human run corporation can be before it turns into an unmanageable mess and quality/focus of the product suffers, and most AAA are well past that point. Indies are the new small-medium sized fun Devs.

This is a excellent use of Lemmys filter keywords feature. I also use it for crappy words used in news titles like slams, rails, blasts, etc

Love painkiller, here's hoping they don't wiff this. That said, not getting hopes up just yet
