Your opinions on condiments are objectively wrong.
ketchup is good and dijon is a pointless mustard that's not even worth existing it is the ultimate proof that french "cuisine" is overrated and actually sucks and only got it's reputation due to writing down other countries recipes with a different name to the original and cultural imperialism through michelin stars and convincing americans if you're not trained in a french style culinary school then you're not a real cook it tastes of literally nothing the only mustards worth anything are english wholegrain and american english for cooking as it's the hottest wholegrain for if you want the texture of the seeds and american for when you want it as a condiment like in a hotdog though I can't think of anything else I'd put mustard on like that than a hotdog
