8 hour workday suddenly sounds even less appealing.
It's another story if you consider that every day is 100 hours
In decimal time, there are 10 hours in a day, which makes it some 20h in standard time. Those are some serious sweatshop hours!
Okay, semi-serious question: would wearing a Phyrgian cap today be cool or cringe? It has been worn by so many different groups over the centuries that I'm not sure how it would be interpreted.
I'm always associating them with the smurfs...
If you like the look go for it. I've been wearing a beret every day as soon as the weather is getting a bit chilly and I love it.
At first I felt weird and out of place but now I love it and it became my distinctive feature.
In the us i think most people would just interpret it as odd looking and not have any associations with it
If you have a beard, they might take you for a gnome.
