A survey conducted this year found over 45 per cent of homebuyers in mainland China encounter unfinished building problems

Unfinished or ‘rotten-tail buildings’, as they are known in China, usually have no electricity, no running water, lifts that do not work and no sewage system

This is what bugs me about the modern Chinese Communist Party, these developers need a taste of what happened to landlords during the Land Reform Movement.

There’s at least one YT channel that keeps popping up in my recommendations that focuses on “Tofu dregs”. All infrastructure, not just residential buildings.
