Only voice I’ve ever heard that was anywhere near as distinct is Kathleen Turner, who is still not nearly as distinct as her.
Clancy Brown as well for me, I can usually tell it's his voice over work only 2 or 3 words into the first sentence.
Ellen Thomas who voices Ambessa Medarda in Arcane is also up there.
She does a lot of VO work. She was also Lakshmi-2 in Destiny/Destiny 2.
Very distinctive voice. It has that 3-pack-a-day vibe.
If you sleep 8h and the pack has 18, that's a cig every 18 minutes or so. At what point can you count in lighters per week?
And Maya Sundaresh (who was also Lakshmi-2, sorta) in the last Destiny 2 season.
I started reading the expanse recently and holy crap her voice is exactly the way avasarala sounds in my head
I think she's in mass effect and the penguin too. Every time I hear that voice/see her I'm like OH ITS YOU!!! so distinct.
I love hearing her and other distinct voices pop up unexpectedly.

She was also the FBI agent(Madani)'s mom on Punisher on Netflix, which I love anything marvel so there's that. She also is the voice of Bayek' mentor in Assassins Creed Mirage and Valhalla.
