We don't. We do however have polling stations literally everywhere, and the longest wait I've ever had is 10 minutes. Usually I just stroll right in and am out of the building within a minute or 2.

Also as someone else commented, early voting in a lot of locations around the cities.

It will have to be a very temporary thing until the democrats have a big enough majority to permanently completely restructure the way elections are done.

And why the fuck would those greedy, corrupt bastards do that when they have the majority to do anything they want? Why would they let their competition compete?

Sure, this is better than republicans being in permanent control, but it's still the end of democracy in USA, and the ones in power have 0 incentive to bring back democracy as long as the american public aren't willing to shoot their oppressors to defend or bring back democracy.

Sounds like Lebanon doesn't want the war to spread to their land?

Disarming refugees is a pretty standard procedure. You don't see armed refugees anywhere else, so why would it be okay for palestinians in Lebanon?

If anything, having a militia with base in a refugee camp is just going to invite Israel to bomb a shitload of refugees.

I mean come on, fuck Israel and all that, but complaining about refugees having illegal weapons taken away is fucking stupid, and just makes regular people turn away from your course.

Contact your doctor, or a doctor at the place you're visiting.

I've flown enough to not check in luggage. Not gonna wait for that bullshit. No one needs more than what can go in the overhead bin. Only ever pack for a week, if you're gone for longer than that, find somewhere to wash, anything more is a waste of space, time, and money.

It's pretty simple. They don't have empathy. They can't look at a stranger and think "that person probably has feeling too". It simply doesn't matter to them.

Men fløde gør alt bedre, så hvorfor ikke carbonara?

Yea, having a 60 year old fridge might be cool, but their electricity demand isn't.

A 15 year old computer probably doesn't work for most things, even IF planned obsolence wasn't a think. Heck, in my line of work, a 5 year old computer would be too slow.

I live in a small-ish town, and living next to a busy street was the worst living conditions I've ever had. Just constant fucking noise and vibrations. Drunk people yelling going to and from bars. Wastes of oxygen accelerating to 80 km/h in a 50 zone with their shitty noisy rust buckets.

I was constantly angry, agressive and on edge. Moved a few month ago to a more secluded house with much lower levels of noise, and all that stress is just gone!

Your last point is where I'm putting most of the blame. We're all doing worse because a few people at the top always, ALWAYS have to do better than last year.

Eternal growth is physically impossible. At some point, shit will have to stagnate, and if shit starts to stagnate, but the top still insists on eternal growth, they'll have to take some from the bottom. That's what's happening right now. The top can no longer keep making more money off of an industry in development, so instead they'll cut costs, costs being you, the worker, and hope they die before it all collapses under them.

I tried it a few months ago and couldn't get it to work. May just have been me, but even if I, a semi tech literate person has problems with it, good fucking luck getting the broader population to use Linux. It is simply too hard for regular people to do stuff, that just works with windows.

Sure windows has it's issues, but they're issues 95% of people will never encounter. Instead they'll have an easy time installing software, and don't have to look at a database to figure out wether or not they can even play a game.
