Ist so. Die Behauptung „nur für die Ämter“ ist halt trotzdem falsch. Ich vermute, es hat vor allem da funktioniert, wo nicht zu viele bekloppte wohnen und ein paar Menschen sich an den richtigen Stellen eingesetzt haben.

Stimmt nicht. Gibt genug Schulen, die sogar feste Belüftungssysteme bekommen haben, und nicht nur die mobilen Geräte. Kommt halt darauf an, ob sich beim Träger jemand dafür einsetzt oder nicht.
