yeah "taking day off" works best for me too, if I try to push myself too hard on those days, I don't succeed and get exhausted from the self induced stressing.

Or if I really really need to get things moving I drink coffee on that day, seems to work. Not very effective when drinking coffee on multiple days a week though

I feel like you need several systems for it and most importantly simple phone notification system, putting it on google is kinda moot.

I guess you could say false advertising, but still, putting that much trust into one sysyem is silly

I feel like we all have our needs, each of the needs are on a spectrum, so some people want romantic relationship more than others, i.e. some people have very high sex drives and some people have virtualy none. So people who have this need high in their list and it's not fulfilled will be less satisfied with life.

Although it would be interesting to see the bigger picture of their social life, like maybe those less satisfied people in the story are lonelier overall, so it's not specific to romantic relationship, but having less social relationship, because for a lot of people romantic partner fulfills big part of their social needs.

I mean weird argument "if I don't do it, someone else will do it but worse". The goal is clearly to prevent the practice globally, so I don't think it b works here

in a twisted way this was a progressive law at some point. in some other extremely religious countries women aren't allowed to divorce at all and here it was like a compromise off getting a timeout.
