I think it happens because of the address bar being on the bottom so the bottom of the page moves when you scroll and the address bar hides. It's probably a result of some buggy javascript on the website because I have a site with a just plain CSS sticky footer and it doesn't happen there but I see it on other sites pretty often

Maybe blur is just another benefit of cable-stayed bridges

She's the blahaj.zone admin, so they were probably violating instance rules

Slightly move things in people's house. Like every day your kitchen table is in a slightly different position, not different enough to realize what's going on, just different enough to be slightly confused

Which is honestly a good thing, it's so much better than instructions that are like click here -> drag to the left -> open a three level deep menu -> check the box -> reopen that menu -> click go. Or even worse, instructions that are a video

My favorite keyboard is a 1995 ish Leading Edge DC2214 I have, but its switches started going bad so I'm using the dell until I get around to repairing it. It's so nice though, it has alps white switches and n key rollover unlike the 2 key rollover the dell has in some places. It's also just such a nice shape and nice color.

I got a $12 10 inch Asus eeepc 1005ha that I have NetBSD with i3 on and it's perfectly usable, so something similar to that would probably be fine for linux cli stuff as long as a 32 bit cpu is okay

Most of my peripherals honestly, my monitors are all 10-20 years old, my keyboard is a like 30 year old Dell AT101W, I only replaced my old Logitech G35 headphones when they literally fell to pieces

You'd have to be some sort of lazy bones to not do something so simple.

Technically the 49 is algebraic by default but I don't think I've done a single operation in that mode

It has 4 lenses in total, two at each end. The only text on it is the number 50, stamped into the bottom of the ring that goes around the outside to attach it to whatever it goes with

If you just search for "hand me out to drive", literally all the results are websites that copied this insane transcription.

(For anyone not familiar, the actual phrase and what the song says is "hang me out to dry")
