Ahem, it's "hard drive full of preserved* movies" thank you very much!

[–] mosiacmango@lemm.ee 18 points 2 weeks ago

No, no, it's "AI training data" now. Fully legal, somehow.

I used to be a baby, a tiny little baby, now look at me, now look at me.

Watching the cinematic classics with your child is both a great educational tool and quality time spent together.

Is hard drive full of porn the modern day version of "box of communal porn found randomly in the forest"?

Literally EVERY male I grew up with knew about the box of porn in the forest, even though most of us grew up in different states.

You should start growing one for your kids to enjoy. In a few years it will likely have been germinated. On. By the locals. Especially George. Fucking George sticks his Dick in everything. Especially forest porn.

But son; don't touch that folder "Untitled Folder"

Leave that one be....

I am past that. I realized, that a lot of the stuff I remember fondly only worked at the time and age when I first saw it. My kids will have their own stuff.

I also learned to not rewatch stuff I thought was good. Especially not comedies. And very especially not comedies from the 80s or 90s.

Joke's on you Onion, I look way more like an internet piracy stereotype than that

[–] bunnies 3 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

I was at a stand-up show and the comedian said I "look like I founded The Pirate Bay".....

This was me. Now when I get old enough I ship him the archive so he can continue the glorious tradition.
