Just weird it in a way that is more capitalist lingo: " The govt will acquire a majority controlling stake and take the company private under it's direct control"

Yeah, that would make sense. The wording on Inkshield just seems like it would be separate events, since it is "For each 1 damage prevented, create an inkling" and not "Whenever damage is prevented, create that many inkling"
You probably do buy Nestle under different names, they own a lot of stuff
Release vs now is the difference. Lots of huge improvements went in weeks and months after release that made a huge difference. You are also likely playing on a modern PC or on PS5 as opposed to the original base PS4.
Am I crazy about Stalking Yeti? Wouldn't the opposing creature only die after the entire ability has resolved and state based actions are checked when a player gains priority again?
Wouldn't the order only (really) matter if the Yeti had something like infect, where it dealing damage could reduce the damage the opposing creature deals?
Wat? As in only, exclusively eating meat? Humans are omnivores, we can't get all the nutrients we need from only meat, yeah? Something I am missing?

There are beneficial bacteriophages for humans and other animals and plants.
They claim to be a public benefit corporation, so while they obviously need to get income to run servers and fund development, their objective as a company isn't just to maximize shareholder value.
I don't know where/how to find their actual foundation documents to see what those actually say for their balance of profit vs mission.
I am also wondering who is going to actually handle ranking the tens of thousands of existing cards(gatherer says 28712 legal in commander at this moment), plus hundreds more from each set as they release. Might need to be crowdsourced to be done in a reasonable time. Every deckbuilding website is also going to want to implement that info in their database.
Would be some nice karma if wotc taking over caused prices of some of the most expensive stuff to drop due to the uncertainty of the future of the format.
Functionally it is rooms connected by hallways, in terms of the generation. Its just that the hallways might be open(or winding) tunnels or might be dig-able terrain. But they do start the generation with placing "rooms" and then connecting them, which is similar to how other procedural generation methods work.
