I think artists with variety in their sound would be good. So I'd go: Lady Gaga David Bowie Blur Queen.
However, I'd consider the Beatles, Madonna, radiohead and muse. It's funny. These aren't all necessarily artists I would put on to listen to day to day.

Coldplay, Nickelback, Limp Bizkit, and ICP.

System of a Down, Perfect Circle, Tool, Sublime.
Really hard pick, and not necessarily my top 4 bands, but they are the ones I couldn't go without for sentimental reasons.
Two of my bamds are my favorites, two aren't but same reason. If I had replce one also say Niki Mystery, but he not well known, but get great dopamine hits from his music.
I can only think of 2 that would count that I wouldn't be cheating: They Might Be Giants and Weird Al. If it's their full discography and any other releases they've done, that's already way too much music for me to ever listen to in my lifetime with my listening habits.
I would love to cheat with something like Hatsune Miku, but that wouldn't be fair considering it's tons of people using software to create songs with that specific voice rather than a single singer/band performing.
I cannot think of anyone else I listen to with nearly as expensive of a list of music as TMBG or Weird Al, so I'd probably end up going to the next best thing: Jam Hsiao. He's got a lot of music, so I'd have a lot to choose from. Choice would be the spice of life for me.
Absolutely no clue for the 4th, so I'd probably pick a group that I like at least a couple of their songs and think they have a large amount of music: Meat Puppets.
In the end, due to their probably high song count, these would probably be my top picks right now.
Grouplove, Die Ärzte, They Might Be Giants, Babymetal.
Definitely They Might have Giants just due to the sheer amount of music they've done over the years. Even if you don't like them, you'll probably end up finding a least one song from their vast catalog you can enjoy.
Do we get access to their entire back catalogues?

- The Beatles
- Billie Holiday
But ask me tomorrow and I'd probably have at least 3 different answers! 😁

Man, OP is having the longest stroke ever. It's not only the title, every reply they've made is so broken. I don't understand how someone would be so unable to use basic spelling and grammar.
Perhaps not a native English speaker? I'm not sure if OP edited the title, but it seems readable to me, with only a minor typo ("coulc" instead of "could"), and "artist" instead of "artists' ". Of course, "which artists would you choose?" may be a better way to phrase the question itself.
"If you where stuck on a deserted island and coulc only listen to 4 artist music, who would you choose?" is not that hard to read. I have not seem their replies, though.

Gonna cheat and say Alan Menken since he's responsible for many of the animated songs I grew up with. Then I'd probably go with Ne-Yo, Odesza, and then Yiruma. All have different vibes so that should be enough for every occasion.

OP. Why don't you like trios, duos or soloists? Why exclude the Jackson 5 and New Kids on NSync? Is it the 'Mmm' or the 'Bop' ya hate? Why give up on Rick Astley when he's never gonna give you up?
Can't believe so many people said Pink Floyd! I'm not even sure who I'd pick for #2. Floyd's really old stuff is like a different band.
